Company Overview
Zhongyuan Steel began in the 1990s in Anyang, Henan, as a steel-rolling and special-section steel business. Anyang Zhongyuan Steel Group Co., Ltd. was incorporated in 1999.
Based in Anyang, the group's main products are hot-rolled wheel-rim steel, track-shoe steel for construction vehicles, special-shaped bus tubes and bus-frame steel tubes, and steel wheels for buses, trucks and construction vehicles — 4 series, 110 catalogue models, made by Anyang Zhongyuan Steel (Group) Wheel Co., Ltd. under its IATF 16949 certificate 0504999. The mills also roll hot-rolled products and process high-strength steel. Domestic customers include Yutong, Foton, BYD, Geely, King Long, Ankai, Zhongtong, ZX Auto, SAIC, CIMC, CRRC, China Railway Materials and Chinalco, along with tractor and excavator manufacturers.
The group has held its own goods import & export rights since June 2025. Export orders are handled by Henan Yuanlun Trading Co., Ltd., the group's trading company.

Anyang Headquarters
Headquarters base (Tiexi Road, Long'an District): bus-frame steel-tube lines, machining workshops and the wheel company's Tiexi Road site, an extended manufacturing site (PR4FZT) under IATF 16949 certificate 0504999 of Anyang Zhongyuan Steel (Group) Wheel Co., Ltd.
Tangyin Base
New steel-wheel plant operated by Xinggang Co.; Phase I entered commissioning in late 2025. The plant is not covered by IATF 16949 certificate 0504999, which Anyang Zhongyuan Steel (Group) Wheel Co., Ltd. holds for its Yindu and Tiexi Road sites. The base also handles railway rolling-stock fittings and logistics, on nearly 800 mu (about 53 hectares) with a dedicated rail spur for outbound shipment.

The group, the wheel company and Henan Northern were each rated Grade-A taxpayers in the 2025 evaluation.

Xinggang Co., the Tangyin wheel-plant subsidiary, is listed as an innovative SME.
