What we collect

• Enquiry form — name, email, country, product interest and your message, sent to our mailbox so we can reply.
• Direct contact — if you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you send, handled under that service's own terms.
• Language preference — stored in your browser only (localStorage); it never leaves your device.
• Usage analytics — we may use traffic analytics (such as Google Analytics or Cloudflare Web Analytics) to see which pages are visited. This is aggregate data; we do not use it to identify you.

How we use it

Only to answer your enquiry and conduct the resulting business correspondence. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking.

Who processes it

The enquiry form is delivered through Web3Forms (a form relay) to our company mailbox. If you choose WhatsApp, the conversation runs on WhatsApp (Meta). We share your details with no one else, except where required to perform a contract with you (e.g. a freight forwarder on your order).

How long we keep it

For as long as the business correspondence stays relevant. Ask us to delete your data at any time and we will, unless a signed contract or law requires us to keep it.

Your choices

Email info@zysteelgroup.com to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We reply within a reasonable time.
